At Kitty Oasis your cat's health and safety is our #1 concern.
Vaccinations & Requirements
Kitty Oasis must have a formal vaccination record or receipt from a licensed veterinarian indicating that the vaccinations meet the Kitty Oasis requirements listed below. No hand-written records or owner-administered vaccinations are acceptable. We may not be able to accept your pet if the required records are not received at least 24 hours prior to the pet’s arrival. The following vaccinations are required after the initial series of kitten shots:
RV (rabies): Annual or 3-year, based on specific documentation by veterinarian.
FVRCP (respiratory-distemper): Annual after initial kitten series. Every 3 years thereafter.
General Health: All cats must be in good general health to visit Kitty Oasis Luxury Cat Boarding. Kitty Oasis will not accept diabetic cats, cats exhibiting signs of serious illness, cats with contagious viruses or parasites, or any cat we feel may need veterinary care or supervision. Kitty Oasis is not staffed for skilled veterinary care; and Kitty Oasis may not be able to handle geriatric pets or other pets needing significant or special care.
Parasites: If you cat shows fleas or ticks, your cat will be treated immediately. The room will be deep cleaned and all bedding laundered. The fee for this is $50.
Minimum Age: Cats under the age of 4 months will not be accepted for lodging.
Spay and Neuter: Only cats that have been spayed or neutered are eligible to visit Kitty Oasis.
Personal Items
Please mark all items clearly with your cat’s name. We cannot be responsible for any item left with your cat.
Treats/Food: We prefer your pet’s food to be placed in disposable zip-lock bags. We do not accept items that may present a risk to your cat while lodging. Such items will be stored by the supervisors until you pick up your cat.
Medications: We can administer oral or topical medications for your cat, but not injections. Prescription medications should be provided in their respective prescription containers, along with clear written directions. Medications must be kept separate from foods. A medication fee of $5/administration will apply. Special Handling Fees may apply for pets that have complex medication instructions.
Bedding: Blankets and similar bedding are allowed. Beds or stuffed bedding that cannot be laundered using our equipment at Kitty Oasis is discouraged.
Carriers: All cats must arrive in a secure carrier.
Personal food bowls and water bowls will not be accepted.
Veterinary Care
I agree to allow Kitty Oasis to obtain veterinarian medical treatment for my cat if it appears that the cat is ill, injured,
or exhibits any other behavior that would reasonably suggest that my cat might need medical treatment.
Medical treatment may require transportation of my cat to receive care and I hereby authorize such transportation.
I grant Kitty Oasis full authority to make decisions involving the medical treatment of my cat during its stay at Kitty Oasis.
I agree that I am fully responsible for the cost of any such medical treatment and transportation.
In the event of a serious illness and the owner cannot be contacted, the veterinarian’s decision will be final.
Boarding Policies
Kitty Oasis operates on a per day booking system. For example, if your cat checks in on Monday and you collect your cat on Tuesday, that counts as two days.
Accommodations: Kitty Oasis reserves the right to re-assign cats to different rooms.
Combining Non-Family Cats: For safety reasons, Kitty Oasis does not allow cats from different families to stay in the same Suite.
Tours of the Facility: Kitty Oasis is happy to provide tours to prospective clients. Please call or email to set up a date and time.
On Arrival: Upon check-in at Kitty Oasis, clients may request to see their cat's accommodations.
Medical Attention: Kitty Oasis strives to provide a safe, stress-free facility for owners’ cats'. In non-emergency situations (e.g., continued diarrhea, loss of appetite), we will contact the owner or owner’s designee to discuss the recommended protocol. For emergencies in which urgent care appears needed, we will transport the pet to our on-call veterinary clinic and then contact the owner.
Deposits / Cancellation Policy
Kitty Oasis requires a deposit of $75. This deposit is not additional, it goes towards the boarding fee.
Deposits are not refundable and are non-transferable.
Family Members Sharing a Room: Kitty Oasis charges $25 daily for each additional cat from the same family sharing a room.
Pet Photos/Videos: Kitty Oasis may take photos and/or videos of your cat(s) while on our premises. By bringing your cat(s) to Kitty Oasis, you hereby grant Kitty Oasis a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right and license to publish, distribute, adapt, modify or otherwise use the photos and/or videos, or any portions thereof, in any manner for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without your notice, review or approval.
Right to Discontinue Services: Kitty Oasis reserves the right to discontinue services and revoke privileges without notice if we determine a safety risk to your cat, our guests or team members.
Texas HB 2063 Required Notification
In accordance with Texas HB 2063, this document is to notify you that:

Kitty Oasis has advanced fire protection using flame-resistant drywall throughout the facility.

Kitty Oasis has cameras inside and outside of the facility, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Kitty Oasis has fire extinguishers that are regularly tested by local fire officials to guarantee compliance and safety.

Though uncommon, there might be times during any given day that Kitty Oasis may be unattended onsite for periods of up to 3 hours.

The owner of Kitty Oasis lives on site, so there is always someone here during the over night hours.

Kitty Oasis does not have a fire protection sprinkler system.
As a pet owner, I understand the above information and I choose to board my cat at Kitty Oasis.
